COPYRIGHT
Digital Image Photography retains full, unlimited, world-wide copyright on all photographs taken and produced. The photographs on this website are for display purposes only. They may not be copied, published, reproduced, or stored on any electronic retrieval system without my express written permission.
LIABILITY
Care is taken at every stage of the photographic process, in the event of a camera failure, operator error, material failure, or process machine failure, I can accept no responsibility for any losses however incurred as a result of any such failure beyond a full refund of monies paid at that time.
DURABILITY
All the photographs I supply are produced to the highest standards using the best quality materials and latest processing techniques. However, all colour photographs will, in time, fade. This is particularly true if they are left in bright sunlight and are not behind glass. I cannot accept any responsibility for this gradual image deterioration.
RETURNS
My Invoice will list all the pictures delivered using the image number as a reference. The pictures and any albums are presumed to have been received in good condition unless I am notified in writing of any discrepancy or error within 14 days of receipt. For orders that need to be returned please send to the address above with a letter containing all order details and the reason for returning the items. If a refund request is acceptable it will in any case be subject to an administration fee

By accepting the Terms and Conditions you are allowing me to use the images I may make of you, your family and guests in my printed and electronic advertising
